In the fitness room, guests are free to use:

• Jacuzzi
• Stationary bicycle
• Stepper
• Cross-trainer
• Weight machine, a passive assisted exercise unit Multimaster - Shapemaster toning system
• Pilates balls and rubber articles and other equipment
• Some regular bicycles are also available

The Swimming pool (approx. 12 x 6 meters - 120/135 cm deep) and the nearby terrace (solarium) overlook the beautiful vineyards on the farm.
Open from May to end of September.

For moments of relaxation, guests can use the billiard room and during the hot season, they may also use a lounge area with a large number of books in different languages inside a sunny veranda.

Beneath a furnished and equipped loggia you will find a large fireplace, which you can use for barbecues.

The east-facing garden enclosed by a wall covered with Boston ivy and rose beds is also available for special occasions such as meetings and events.
The west garden with the pool, facing the countryside, is reserved for bed and breakfast guests.

We have a selection of materials for our guests, including tour guides, maps, tourist magazines and information leaflets on nearby tourist sights and the cities of art within easiest reach (Parma, Bologna, Modena, Mantua, Verona, Milan and Florence…).

It is also possible to reserve visits and tours to acetaie (where balsamic vinegar is produced), wine cellars, and cheese and milk dairies.

On request: pick-up or drop-off service for the train stations in Reggio Emilia and Parma

For our house guests, parking is available inside the courtyard.
